Renta 4 Banco ofrece el acceso a los servicios relacionados con PSD2 a los proveedores de servicios de iniciación de pagos, de información sobre cuentas y de servicios de pagos a través de una interfaz específica. Esta interfaz está desarrollada dentro de la iniciativa grupal “HUB PSD2” de Redsys, que centraliza el acceso a las APIs de Renta 4 Banco por parte de los TPPs.

Renta 4 Banco ofrece un entorno Sandbox con la información y documentación necesaria para que los TPPs puedan desarrollar todos los servicios relacionados con PSD2 que deseen implementar. Puede acceder a este entorno Sandbox en:

Cómo afecta a los clientes de Renta 4 Banco

Para diferentes acciones en la web y la app de Renta 4 Banco, se solicitará un elemento adicional de seguridad (normalmente un SMS enviado a su teléfono móvil). Este tipo de acceso se denomina SCA por sus siglas en inglés (Strong Customer Authentication). Por ejemplo, al ordenar una transferencia de efectivo, solicitaremos al cliente dos acciones para verificar su identidad. En primer lugar deberá introducir de nuevo el password de acceso a la web; a continuación, le enviaremos un SMS a su móvil que deberá introduzca para confirmar la operación.

Para acceder a la zona de usuarios registrados de la web o la app, además de introducir su clave de usuario, periódicamente se le enviará un SMS a su móvil para que introduzca el código que se le facilitará. Igualmente para listados de movimientos de más de 90 días. 

Por todo lo anterior, es muy importante que nuestros clientes mantengan actualizado su número de teléfono móvil en sus datos de contacto en Renta 4. Puede hacerlo a través de la sección Mi Perfil / Datos Personales de la web, llamándonos por teléfono al 900 92 44 54 / 91 398 48 05 o acudiendo a su oficina.

How am I affected as a client of Renta 4 Banco

PFor different actions on the web and the Renta 4 Bank app, an additional security element will be requested (usually an SMS sent to your mobile phone). This type of access is designated as SCA (Strong Customer Authentication). For example, when ordering a cash transfer, we will ask the customer for two actions to verify his identity. First, you must enter the web access password again; then, we will send an SMS to your mobile that you must enter to confirm the operation.
